Do soft-shell chambers require installation?
Soft-shell home chambers are self-contained inflatable units that can be set up by the owner — typically in 20–40 minutes. They require a standard electrical outlet and a clear floor area (approximately 7 × 4 feet). On-site support is available for purchase and Metisine will walk you through setup remotely at no extra charge.
What's included in the price of a hard-shell chamber?
Metisine Health includes delivery, on-site installation, and a walk-through orientation for hard-shell chambers. The chamber, oxygen concentrator compatibility check, and a 1-year parts and workmanship warranty are all included. Optional annual maintenance visits are available through the MERA service network.
Can I finance a home hyperbaric chamber?
Clinics and commercial buyers can apply for equipment financing through KC Financials, Metisine's business lending partner. Personal purchases can be reserved with a 50% deposit (card) with the balance collected before shipping. ACH or bank wire is also accepted. Retail financing for individual buyers is not currently offered.
