These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Metisine Health governing your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing the site, placing an order, or participating in a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Metisine Health provides wellness technology and educational information for general wellness purposes only. Our products and sessions are not medical devices or medical treatment, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for it — always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness practice. By using this site you agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Participation in wellness sessions requires completing our wellness screening and signing a liability waiver. You assume the risks of participation as described in that waiver. We may decline or discontinue a session at our discretion, including where screening indicates it is appropriate to do so.

Our equipment must be set up and used strictly in accordance with its manuals and safety instructions — including ventilation and handling requirements for molecular-hydrogen products, eye-protection guidance for red-light products, and pressure and clearance guidance for hyperbaric products. You are responsible for using the equipment safely and for following all included instructions and warnings.

Prices, descriptions, and availability may change at any time, and products may occasionally be listed with pricing or typographical errors; we reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been submitted. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and by placing an order you authorize us to charge the applicable amount, including any taxes and shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Metisine Health or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating and promoting our services. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful and do not infringe the rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metisine Health and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, services, or this site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metisine Health and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If we cannot, you and Metisine Health agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. You and Metisine Health waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and waiver, are the entire agreement between us. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
