Does NFPA 99 apply to home hyperbaric chambers?

For personal home use, soft-shell hyperbaric chambers at 1.3–1.5 ATA are general wellness equipment and fall outside NFPA 99 clinical requirements. NFPA 99 becomes relevant for commercial installations in clinics, studios, gyms, or other multi-user facilities.
